Making A Difference In Our Community!

Rose Hughes - Multilist Administrator

I have been the Multilist Service Administrator for about 25 years. Since I have been Administrator, the MLS has been computerized and the members' listed properties have moved to an on-line MLS system that provides listing searches for the public. We were one of the very first MLSs in the country to print our own MLS book with pictures. Our MLS has been innovative and progressive with providing our members with the newest and best technology available.

In the past year we have provided an on-line transaction management system to further aid member's and their clients/customers with direct access to their transactions and to store all the documents to a transaction on-line.

Our goal it to keep up with the best technology and to be able to provide these services to our members at an affordable cost.

How you can benefit from Brokers being able to load their listings into MLS!

As a buyer or seller, you will see a benefit with the Brokers not having to wait for the Multilist Staff to load their new listings or make data changes for them. Since the Multilist office is closed during weekends and evenings, there was often a delay in getting new information into the computer and on line for the public to view. As of November 2, 2009, that was changed to allow the Brokers to add their own new information immediately.
